These General Conditions will be applicable to all Orders and / or Budgets accepted by the Client and will automatically become a Contract between the parties, beginning to govern from the moment of acceptance of the Budget and / or request for Order. For the buyer, the orders are final from the moment of the advance payment.
The buyer cannot cancel the purchase or order made if the product in question is made to measure or personalized. Orders and purchases between ALBA NEGOCIOS DIVERSOS S.L. hereinafter CASA ALBA and its clients must always be in writing by email in order to avoid mistakes. In the case of personalized or made-to-measure items, consult deadlines at email@example.com. The manufacturing times for custom-made products in our woodwork or upholstery workshops are always valued on business days and are approximate, may vary some days depending on many factors.
Our delivery times are conditioned and subject to remain subject to CASA ALBA's re-provisioning capabilities, particularly for imported products. Excessive delivery times will never result in buyer compensation. The buyer of products can cancel his order in case the delivery period indicated by email is exceeded in more than 7 days, and request the refund of the advance.
In case of having stocks, delivery times are estimated from 2 to 4 business days for shipments to mainland Spain, starting to count once the payment has been verified as income in our current account in the case of transfer, or once the income has been verified if it is by card. For deliveries in the EEC, the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands or Ceuta / Melilla, consult our Commercial Department.
The buyer declares to have ensured that the conditions of access to the place of delivery allow the effective delivery of the product without particular equipment. In the event that the delivery requires the use of specific equipment (in particular, forklifts), the customer will have to have it operational. The merchandise will be delivered on the ground floor, being in charge of the client to upload it to the upper floors of buildings or premises. In case of unjustified refusal of receipt or absence of the buyer during two delivery appointments, the buyer must organize, at his expense and risk, the removal of the products from the transport agency designated by CASA ALBA and their effective delivery to the desired address. . In no case, the material impossibility of proceeding to the delivery of the products will allow the cancellation of the sale without the agreement of CASA ALBA.
Merchandise removed by the Client
In the case of items that are withdrawn by the client or his transport company, we have no responsibility in case of damage, breakdown or loss of the goods transported once the goods leave our facilities. In this case, the carrier / customer is obliged to carry out an external examination of the goods and their packaging. If the carrier / customer detects insufficient packaging, they can make reservations in the consignment note.
The buyer or his agent must verify the condition of the packaging and the number of packages at the time of delivery. Whatever the nature of the claim (product defect or delivery problems), the buyer must keep the product and its original packaging until CASA ALBA accepts the return. The carrier may not be opposed to rejecting any receipt.
Extension: The products are guaranteed against any defect in material or manufacturing, for one year from the date of delivery or taking of the products. By virtue of this guarantee, CASA ALBA undertakes, as it decides, to replace, repair or refund the product recognized as defective for its services.
Exclusion: Damages and defects caused by normal wear and tear or an accident due to an external factor (incorrect assembly, faulty maintenance, improper use, natural catastrophe, etc.) or a modification of the product are excluded from this warranty, not provided for or specified by CASA ALBA.
