Merchandise removed by the Client
In the case of items that are removed by the client or his transport company, we have no responsibility in case of damage, breakdown or loss of the goods transported once the goods leave our facilities. If the carrier / customer detects insufficient packaging, they can make reservations in the consignment note.

Extension: The products are guaranteed against any defect in material or manufacturing, for two years from the date of delivery or taking of the products. Exclusion: Damages and defects caused by normal wear and tear or an accident due to an external factor (incorrect assembly, faulty maintenance, improper use, natural catastrophe, etc.) or due to a modification of the product are excluded from this guarantee, not foreseen or specified by MIGAYYO (EMPRESA ALBA NEGOCIOS DIVERSOS SL).

Right of withdrawal
The consumer and user will have a period of fourteen calendar days (14 days) to exercise the right of withdrawal from receipt of the order. MIGAYYO (EMPRESA ALBA NEGOCIOS DIVERSOS S.L.) will make the refund to the consumer of the total amount of the purchase by bank transfer, less the return shipping costs.
In the event that the contract price has been financed, the exercise of the financing right will in turn lead to the resolution of the credit without any penalty being applied to the consumer.
